... the Tale of the Little Telf is widely known: in it, the telf baby, walking through its native caves, finds a parking lot of some "bearded men", and on it - "a lot of sparklers". After waiting for the owners to fall asleep, the telf collects “sparkling” in a large bag, carries it into a secret hole and selflessly plays with them (games and admiring prey make up about two-thirds of the text).The question of the authorship of the tale remains open. The Umar folklorists did not manage to determine whether this is a kind of literary joke, or whether the Telph family is really more reasonable than it seems... Hidden story objects: | |
