I hate it! I think I was shouting something else. Threatened. I don't remember exactly. Horror flickered in the master's eyes, but only for a moment. Then I read relief on his face… Relief that he had made the right choice.. And then I ran. Without dismantling the road, at random, through the fog. And when my legs gave way, I fell right on the damp moss and sobbed from impotence. What to do? Return? But how will I show myself to the master and the other disciples? Impossible. I will become a laughing stock. Or even worse - they will pity me. Me. The best. First by right! Master betrayed me. No. This is Wei. It was he who deceived the master, entangled him with lies, convinced me that there was a wormhole in me. Hate him. …I found a cave. The entrance is covered with rags of cobwebs.
