An old book titled "The History of Punika" lies on the ground.During the Chain War, the being who defended the area from Demons was the Guardian called Argos.Argos used its power to manipulate life itself, creating a barrierof large roots from the forests of Punika which entangled the Demons.The scattered residents of Punika were able to regroup and maintain their line of defense.But just when it seemed the Punikans could repel their attackers, the tide turned.Argos suddenly let out a long, terrible cry and turned its anger toward Punika.The Guardian was being controlled, and was now doing its new master's bidding.(There might be another book near a different statue.
