The sliced lemon and lime are a perfect complement.Up next is the lobster.Pulling the flesh out of the shell gives you a special kind of satisfaction.The tender white flesh feels as valuable as buried treasure.Hm? Is this butter? Yes! It's cooked with butter and garlic.How savory! And oh-so-filling.You're encouraged to pull the flesh out and eat it in one bite!The "surf" of "surf and turf" could not be more exquisite.Lastly, the steak.Surely it won't be enough to satisfy your taste buds, considering you've had marvelous steaks in Vern and Luterra. Or will it?Did they slow-cook this over an open grill? The sear is perfect. You stand corrected. This steak is delicious!The juicy beef and salt and pepper were made for each other.It just melts in your mouth. You almost have to use a spoon rather than a fork!"Hmm!
