If some marker on the map is located outside of the level bounds (on the white background), it usually means that's there is some hidden route to it.
If some obstacle is blocking your way to the marker, try to kill some mobs in that area. This could remove the obstacle or open another way to the marker.

That's the absolute wrong one. Number 2 and 3 are around the northern triport. See my Screenshot above!

Sometimes in the Hidden stories chains the game has several possible entries for certain step. They're present in the game, but not counted as the "correct" one. This entry is one of such. It's correct, but doesn't counts towards completion of the story.

Yes, but atm it's not possible to see here, which is the correct one and I'm sure no one wants to test them all.
Leave the "wrong" ones, but mark the correct ones.
