If some marker on the map is located outside of the level bounds (on the white background), it usually means that's there is some hidden route to it.
If some obstacle is blocking your way to the marker, try to kill some mobs in that area. This could remove the obstacle or open another way to the marker.

To get the 2 seeds off the map, go to that narrow path that looks to stop just short underneath the cliff jump. The path keeps going and leads you to the seeds

Had trouble finding this.. from the cliff jump: head north, around and then down that small dead end path. The cliff jump basically jumps over that path.
