Description:
The night of the ball. A time when beautiful music flows and boisterous laughter blooms. Thirain finds a place one step removed from the chaos.
Even if you can't see the expressions--so well hidden by the masks--eyes cannot lie.
NOTE: You cannot perform any Rapport actions when the Rapport NPC is away.
Complete the quest or keep progressing with it until they return.
This quest cannot be accepted while certain Light of Destiny quests are in progress.
