The Luterran people were excited for the event. Because of the rumors spread by Meehan, everyone was talking about the supposedly imminent marriage of Thirain. The ball on everyone's mind is almost here. It's up to me to prepare for the ball during my stay at the palace. NOTE: You cannot perform any Rapport actions when the Rapport NPC is away.
