Description:
Open the Quest Journal (<$HOTKEY_EMOTICON Menu_Quest 0 0 -10 0 0 -10/>) and check the Pleccia Prerequisite Quest from the Guide tab. Complete all the Prerequisite Quests here to proceed with the Pleccia story. The Pleccia Story can be progressed through Thirain at Luterra Castle with a character which has completed all of the Elgacia Story.
