Ways to obtain Sidereal Energy:
* Use the Search function in the <$HOTKEY_EMOTICON Menu_ItemDictionary 0 0 -10 0 0 -10/> Codex to check where to obtain "Sidereal Energy"
* or you can use the Legion Raid Exchange Merchant to exchange Phantom Intentions.
