For this quest, head to Peyto, as soon as you arrive you will get some popup text and the quest will proceed.
Then, return to sailing and visit the three locations. Upon arriving on each island you will see a glowing area you just need to walk into.
- You can simply search on your map for Revelry Row and Turtle Island.
- Tortoyk Seaswept Woods isn't searchable at the time of writing, but it is located on the same ocean square as East Luterra, once you click on it you will see an anchor icon named "Seaswept Woods". Alternatively, search for Giant Mushroom Island and you will see it.
Then, return to sailing and visit the three locations. Upon arriving on each island you will see a glowing area you just need to walk into.
