I have tried every way I can think of to get this achivement. Can someone explain how to do it please? Is it available in NA?

Hit the guardian till its about 8,5-7-5 mil HP and then stay in their front- sides (like 1 oclock or 11 oclock from their head). Then he usually does a tentacle attack that has not telegraph, if you get hit by that you get trapped and the achievement is done.

as bermuerto says you have to get hit by the non-telegraphed tentacles but there are NOT in front
look at the video just before 30sec
the tentacles are to the sides, to the middle back and inbetween
(if front is 0 degree, that would be 90 and 270 and 180 - these 3 I would recommend - and 135 and 225)
