If you suck at reading like myself, the Eye Sensor drops from a different mob called the Secret Base Guard not the usual Steel Divers. The Secret Base Guard is directly to the right of the dungeon entrance and seems to have about a 3.5-min respawn time so you will probably have to wait for him to spawn.
