If some marker on the map is located outside of the level bounds (on the white background), it usually means that's there is some hidden route to it.
If some obstacle is blocking your way to the marker, try to kill some mobs in that area. This could remove the obstacle or open another way to the marker.

This is a wandering merchant that spawns all locations as marked by the map.
He spawns on Schedule 2: 12:30, 2:30, 5:30, 6:30, 8:30, 9:30 (AM and PM)
He stays on the spot for 25 minutes

Please update the schedules, because I have been on Arthetine from 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM Server time and NOX still hasn't show up on either of it's maps.
