As the "Obtainable from" tab says, it comes from the chests and, since it's cosmetic mount, I guess, it'll be only available from the game shops at some point.

Obtainable from the 'Glaivier Special Package' which is available for April/May 2022. Best mount in the game because of the 5 second cooldown on the dash. Mokoboard has an 8 second cooldown and goes slightly less distance. Soul Vanguard (tiger mount) has a 10 second cooldown and goes slightly further.

5-22-2022 The mount's dash was nerfed.
6-2-2022 The nerf was reverted. It is once again the best mount in the game... but for how long?
