How does that work? I tried many time on loot auction to bid at 1sec, is it for market auction?
EDIT: doesn't work with market auction either

If I remember correctly, it's related to the loot auction. You have to make a bid at the last second and actually win the auction to get this achievement.

Double checked the client's data on this one. All it says is that you have just to make a bid at correct time. Looks like no need to win it. Guess, it's all up to luck to make it in proper time span.

Got it on an abyssal raid loot auction by bidding at 0 with an empty countdown bar
