You get one of 3 buffs after completion based on which object you interact with. I personally got "Woman Cuddling a Lion: The fortune of getting closer with a trusted friend. You will receive a valuable gift from your best friend." Nothing actually happens, which makes me think it's like the buffs during the awakening quests where it's just for flavor. Further testing required.

I also got Woman Cuddling a Lion, and also could not find a use for it. That said, after finding out that there are permanently missable achievements and mokoko seeds, it would not shock me in the slightest if this has some effect and if you miss it it's gone.
