I went back to this island to farm a few more Jelly Coins for Rare Tasha, and decided to test the respawn time.
I encountered it 4 times in about 30 min, roughly 7-8 mins apart each.
I followed the route marked in green, found them in the order shown in the image:
This was with nobody else present in the island. Also found 2 Slime Queens (seem to respawn every 15-20min)
