That is wildly incorrect. You need to do Una Dailies to get chests that give you blue food items that you take to the magic pots around Yorn to turn into these epic stews.

The Una's Daily is 'Research and Development' in the Black Anvil Mine in Yorn to get the Food Chest for Trade. And the Magick Cauldrons are in Yorn's Cradle, they have green text on them if you walk around you'll find them. Just make sure you're carrying the ingredients when you click on them and it should drop the Epic Stews
