This require to start with the maximum amount of stackable items. I recommend crafting 100 scarecrow, 100 campfire and 100 stimulant as they all have only 1 use allowed so you only have to use 1 before killing. For the 4th item I chose pheromones as 3 is the max, I guess you can choose whatever feels better for you but remember than you need to start with the maximum amount and use them all before killing

I also recommend to do that alone so you have your own time to throw everything away before killing, and to pair it with killing achievement of guardians you haven't completed yet

1. Get the free consumables from guardian raid
2. Use flare out of the yellow circle then open Inventory and destroy everything
3. Kill the guardian
