So... Can someone explain me how this is suposed to be done? It seems even if i arrive to a merchant at the very second he spawns and buy an item, the replenish time is always 5 minutes longer than the time left he will remain there before disappearing.

If I remember correctly, you just have to have his trade window open and wait until the merchant disappears.

Unfortunately, I don't remember, which type of merchant triggered this one for me. Did you tried the trade ships, which appear in the ocean?
