Take the bottom on the right side of the ocean, then circle around through the middle from the right side to the left. Once on the left side of the island, go up through the middle path on the LEFT side, then left to the left coast, and through the portal in the top left. (Dungeon - Past hidden by Mikeel). Had to check a middle desk in the 3rd room before interacting with the second tablet.
