Can't do the quest, any idea why ?( The Forbidden Path completed)

Double checked it's requirements. There is nothing else besides the 3 listed quests.

I have the same problem and many others also where you cannot interact with Havar in the last step.. Picture
Any suggestions?

Edited: So for the people reaching the quest line in this Picture; you have to do daily Una's, this Quest to Level 3. GL!

This information is wrong. Even in your screenshot it's clear you're missing 2 quests needed to finish the quest chain. For anyone who comes here please note that THERE ARE NO UNA TASKS REQUIRED TO FINISH THIS QUEST.
