Slow Turtle Captain respawns 45 seconds after it's killed. In my experience the bag drops every 1-3 hours. If you farm with other people then you get less loot. People have said that the odds of the Yearning Island Soul is around 1% from the bag, which means around 200 hours of farming. So far I have got 5 Ancient Silver Coins and 1 Ancient Gold Coin from the bags.
