Description of the problem: Hi, the quests starting location is wrong, its in fesnar highland

Sorry about the late reply. This problem occurs sometimes. Unfortunately, I can't fix it. The game's data holds only the quest complete zone information. I most cases it's the same as the start zone and I use it as a start zone. However, some quests are started in one zone and ended in another and that leads to the problems like with this quest.
