Problem with mouse in lost ark

HI, a question, I have installed the lost ark ... when I open the game the mouse goes up to me alone and does not allow me to do anything in the menus or enter the server, if I exit the game I am doing well and in the other games too, do any know why? Updated biographies, the equipment is formatted and drivers updated as well. I have also tried 2 more mice

I think, you should try to contact the official support about this issue. Never had any problems with mouse in the game.
Also try to use the game in the windowed mode and see if the problem is still there.
