there are two spots where the boxes appear (check map), you have to use the boxes in both spots in order to complete the quest

it's clear that whoever had the idea for this quest is not a game designer at all holy crap LOL

(either that or they wanted to watch the world burn)

Oh thankfully, it is not just ME. I failed it and ended up with 2 days at least with a blockage. I don't mind redoing quests... but this one is ridiculous. I need my boat darn it!!!
