Description:
In order to march on to Luterra Castle, Thirain prepared to send a declaration to all factions across Luterra.
However, because the regent's surprise attack had put the fortress in chaos, Thirain is looking for someone reliable to deliver his message.
I should help Thirain send his declaration across all of Luterra.
