Description:
Thirain is struggling to clean the regent's forces out of Luterra.
Thirain wants to find out how his people, long tired of the war, are faring in the aftermath.
- If the NPC is missing or unavailable for conversation, proceed with the quest until they return.

- This quest cannot be accepted while certain Light of Destiny quests are in progress.
