Description:
Thirain has been struggling to clean the regent's forces out of Luterra.
He wants to find out how his people, long tired of the war, are faring in the aftermath.
If the NPC is missing or unavailable for conversation, proceed with the quest until they return.
If the target NPC of the Rapport Quest is missing, please check the current progress of the quest.
This quest cannot be accepted while certain Light of Destiny quests are in progress.
