This quest was bugged from the start of NA/EU launch for about a month. The instance would not launch and so the rapport for Nineveh would become hard-stuck.

However I can confirm that it is fixed as of March 2022!

In case people didnt know, the next quest is bugged when you go to meet ninevehs old friend, you need to do /ENCOURAGE in the circle for it to proceed.
