To complete this Una's task you gotta wait on the blackfang's den island until the coop quest "Watch Out! Pirates!" or "Everyone, Charrge!" starts.
Pirates spawn on the beach.
Also try to go on less occupied channels as people tend to kill those quickly and the respawn timer for the quest is 15 mins.
