If you can't find the person you're looking for,
check if you have completed the prerequisite quest.
You must have a Crafting Workshop at Level 2 or higher
in order to make Major HP Potions at your Stronghold.

Übersetzungsfehler, es ist nicht höflich es ist /verneigen dieses Emote bekommt ihr nachdem ihr die Hauptquest in der Dyorika-Ebene erledigt habt aus einer Questreihe in der Bibilothek Termia im Gebiet Burg Luterra.
