They keep showing up at the Frozen Harbor, stealing from the merchants and residents. The Daybreakers are trying to reclaim all of their stolen goods, but they've taken so much that it's impossible for us to collect it all back on our own. Could you help? They must be subdued. Passionate Pacifist (Points: 40) The Daybreakers' Order The Hoarfrost Thieves are still hovering around the port, threatening the merchants and residents. They must be completely driven away. Violent Pacifist (Points: 80) The Daybreakers' Order The remnants of the Hoarfrost Thieves are sometimes seen around the Antenora Port. Sail to Frozen Sea (dock in Shushire on the north of the world map), and in this first zone move southeast to Robber's Territory and kill pirates there. Turn in the quest in the local town.
