Objective: Go to Calvasus - Ask about the champion's loot - Talk to NPC Blue-Eyed Calvasus Purchase at the Spearfish Hunting Guild Vessel in the sea near Rohendel. - Return to Calvasus and get Tragon - Get item:  - Talk to NPC Blue-Eyed Calvasus - or own a Tragon in your roster To start this quest get the :  Description: I want to acquire the ship Tragon, the Predator of the Sea. [Note] If I already have this ship, I'll receive Pirate Coins instead. Rewards  An Arthetinean mechanical armored ship built for maritime warfare.  1240

Calvasus NPC on the Hypnos's Isle. After you got the quest. Go back to Rohendel harbor.

For those that cant find it, its just outside rohendel (2 ships outside) in the harbor.
the thing is , its not always there as they rotate the ships. If its not there you can talk to the other "fishing" ship and see how long it is until it ends it's sale (can see it in the exchange menu (top right) when it times out and despawns a new ship will spawn a few minutes after so you can get your anchor (5k sceptrum's coin)
