Required quests:  Prerequisite for quests: Objective: - Find and seize illegal drugs distributed throughout Stern (0/60) Description: The smugglers are desperate now. They're trying their damnedest not to leave any evidence, but sooner or later they'll have to go to their factory to pick up more drugs. And we have to stop them. You seize the illegal drugs being circulated in Stern, and I'll find the dealers and trace them to their factory.
