In some cases this Una may be accepted on a character who has not completed the required purple quest after the main punika questline, in this case you will not be able to see the surf boards required to complete it

To fix this you need to go do the required quest on the character you want to complete the una on

If you are trying to do this quest on an alt but it's not available, make sure you have 1) Completed Punika quests, 2) Advanced the purple quest next to Nia to the surfing quest (15 minutes of clicking G)
