You will get it by chopping down a tree. Yes, easy as that.

Not really. I cut down about 50 and still nothing. There is probably a hidden prerequisite for that.

yes the chances are low, i was kinda lucky go get it after like 10 Trees but thats why i wrote the comment, so ppl would know.
