So after you clear the trees and you can start damaging Aporas, one of the big blue AoE attacks he does, if you stay inside the blue, gives you a Slow debuff. It lasts for around 2-3 seconds and after that it transforms you into a turtle: https://i.imgur.com/oE3ObPO.png
You need to make sure that you don't die from the other attacks so heal up after it.
I would recommend not to join Oblivion Isle in the 1st minute because then you're likely to be in an instance with lots of players who kill the boss fast and the boss might not even have a chance to do the blue AoE attack because it seems to be very rare, I only got it 2 times when I joined an island with only about 10 players and we killed it for about 6-7 minutes.
You need to make sure that you don't die from the other attacks so heal up after it.
I would recommend not to join Oblivion Isle in the 1st minute because then you're likely to be in an instance with lots of players who kill the boss fast and the boss might not even have a chance to do the blue AoE attack because it seems to be very rare, I only got it 2 times when I joined an island with only about 10 players and we killed it for about 6-7 minutes.

I agree with waiting until :02 to enter it for a chance at this achievement. I had too many gunlancers and other people in there that stopped his attacks from firing.

Waiting :02 might result in too low population tho, I ended up in duo with someone else, was free achievement but we killed the boss with like 10sec left. So you might waste your daily island

You have to get hit by the blue pizza attack to get this achievement.

So kill the trees and just wait while staying close to him.
The electrifying blue attack didn't happen a single time in our pull and is most likely HP based, so if you just wait with him being near full HP it may happen more often.
We saw the attack 5 times in 5 1/4 minutes, so it's easily doable in one instance if he's full HP.
Since they reworked the island to scale with the amount of people the boss dies even from 2 people trying to kill it within a minute so try to get an instance for yourself.
We tried filling previous lobbies and songed out (you can instantly enter the island again).
The minimum requirement for the island to start is 4 particpants, so have some friends on the standby or Geforce Now.
You can also enter the island again after you already completed it previously (don't think this was possible in previous patches), so you have multiple chances daily.
