I've explored every single corner of the brewery, nothing to interact with... I can't even find anything about fried chicken on this database

Ok, double checked it. I actually have this achievement. If I remember correctly, these two are not the items, but buffs which you acquire while interacting with some objects in the dungeon.
EDIT: Made some research into it. So what you have to do is to pick up to types of the glowing objects, which drop in this dungeon. Both of them give you a short time stat boost. One comes from the broken barrels. And another one probably drops from the chickens, which spawn there. I did a test run just now and only got those beer buffs. Looks like the chicken one is rare and you need to do several runs on the dungeon to get it.

I suspected something like that but without data to confirm it I wasn't about to test run it myself. Thanks for the confirmation, so when you say chicken it's only those at the beginning right? The rest are just illusions

Unfortunately I can't say for sure. The only reference, I've found in the data, is the table, which lists those aura like drops, but nothing else refers to the table itself. Probably it's server side.
Since the beer aura drops from the barrels, I've assumed that chicken aura could drop from the chickens.

So confirming that in the dungeon Wonderful Brewery, you get the beer buff from breaking barrels. I can also confirm that the chicken buff (looks like a plate of chicken, picks up just like the beer buff) is also in the dungeon. And picking them up (you don't have to pick them up at the same time), grants you this achievement. However, I'm not sure what the requirement is for this chicken buff drop, it didn't drop from chickens in my run, it was on the floor after I cleared a bunch of demons.

Fully cleared the dungeon 5-6 times, broke every barrel, killed every enemy, buff hasn't dropped for me.

At some point I thought that maybe killing ennemy before they turn back from chicken would loot it but Idk if that's doable

Just farmed it with some friends I can confirm the Chicken buff drops fairly often at the end before entering the Boss room if you dont kill the small mobs and stay in the top left corner and let a barrel fall down in the corner it almost always drops the Chicken on the ground

Can confirm Pizu's find too, worked for me second try, killed only the mini-boss at the center instantly and went directly top left. Skipped every other monster from the bridge till that area. Fried chicken was there
Did it in hardmode the second time but I don't think it had any influence whatsoever

I smell bs or photoshop, I stood there twice for over 15min to the extent no beer even dropped anymore from the barrels

Just try multiple times the barrel might not always drop there for me it dropped 3 times within like 2 min there and gave every time a chicken buff when it actually fell there and make sure to kill only the big guy in that room

I signed up here just to provide another piece of info. I ran around for 25 min on 2 separate runs and never found the fried chicken on the top left or running in the room. I killed only the big monster just in case, but the random barrels only drop the beer or nothing at all.
However, on the southern corner of the room there's a special barrel that drop precisely on the corner, and that you might not see / might not activate if you're not close enough. The barrel dropped 2 times on the corner, 2 times it had the fried chicken in it.
But kudos to Pizu and Baofan for their information, was chasing this achievement for a while so thanks for the help
EDIT: Atfer 2 other runs of limit-testing, I can confirm that the chicken comes 100% from a special barrel that drop on the extreme corner of the room, not from the random barrels that can only drop beer or nothing. Can also confirm that it can be either western corner or southern corner, but not both at the same time, and you need to be close to the corner to activate it (didn't test northern corner). Finally, it seems that only killing the big monster and not the little adds is a prerequisite but can't really confirm it.

I did a few more attempt and it finally spawned in the west corner. The only difference on this run is that I took time to kill the telpas in the corridor before the room with the 3 caged dwarves as you did. Usually I just run through and break the barrel to just go in the room.

Wanting to add onto this as it's only been mentioned that the West corner and the South corner have been confirmed to drop it, I can confirm that the North corner also works, the screenshot below is the ROUGH location that the barrel red drop outline needs to be for it to drop, I've had 2 different runs drop it 100% now when the barrel fell within/close to this zone (it seems that every barrel I've had drop the chicken for me as well as the video that was posted here for another location as confirmation, as long as the barrel drop red AOE indicator is partially off the map the chicken should drop 
)

(You want to stand in a corner for a couple of minutes to allow for the cycles to work their way through and the barrel to drop, do about 5minutes in each corner (North, West, or South) and swap between them to see which is in your run, you might need multiple runs even doing this as I cannot confirm or deny that each run always has one of these locations; my theory is that out of the 4 corners, 3 of them can spawn the chicken and if it lands on the other one (in this case the East) as the "spawn" corner it won't drop (please remember this is a theory and I haven't been able to prove it yet!))

can confirm the first circle partly out of bounds dropped the chicken (was south corner for me)
