If some marker on the map is located outside of the level bounds (on the white background), it usually means that's there is some hidden route to it.

I tried to find the mokoko on top right, and i found a bag that asked me to bring flower in less than 11 sec downer, it give me ressources for upgrade t2 item (10 sec quest) It's not listed
