Found Old Pendant in Shushire - Frozen Sea - Port Outskirts. Dropped by rats killed near the 'outskirts' text on the big map (M).

I can confirm that LAcrusader is correct. I just got the old pendant after killing rats by the Port Outskirts.

I got the old pendant but now im trying to figure out what to do with it.. it says it starts The Wayward son but it didn't show up for me
