Just past the cart you have to destroy when traversing the dungeon, there is a lever that opens a hidden area - almost directly south of the marker. This hidden area also contains the 499-year-old Mera Wine (which turns into the 500-year-old Tome item after 2 hours in your inventory), as well as at least one Mokoko seed.
