Set effect on deepguard armour

Sorry to trouble, but I waear the deepguard Armour on my character(5 pieces) and I tried many times. The effect works at 50% becouse decrease the cooldown of the skills and increase correctly the attack and movement speed, but don't refill the class resources like the chord energy of the bard for my case.
