Description of the problem:
i have a problem with speaking with cindy(the little girl at the island) it says you must speak with sebastian but i already did and i finished all quests he unlocks just in case to be sure and i can't speak with the girl and do the mission pls help

Double check if you finished the prerequisite quest for this one. Also, you should have quest https://lostarkcodex.com/us/quest/6003043/ finished or not started yet.
