BUG REPORT: Nineveh / Rapport Dialogue

Description of the problem:
The rapport dialogues don't work for any NPCs. The URLs seem to be correct but they redirect to a page with empty table instead of details of said dialogue option. The conditions also seem to be wrong, for example Neutral Level 1 is ok but Neutral Level 2 is not - the next level means next "tier" which should be Amicable. This is also wrong under "Friendship reward" tab.

Thanks for the report. I've fixed the conditions. As for the dialogues, I've removed the links.
It was a leftover from previous work. I wanted to show there amount of rapport points, which are obtained as a reward, but I wasn't able to find it, unfortunately.
