Hey avid lost ark fan
just doing research on stronghold crew members and came across this one:

Stronghold Crew Application Form: Aeneis

Presently there seems to be no method of acquisition? Is this the case in the US release? If so might I recommend a flag saying "not released" or something in the acquisition methods?

Hi, did a quick search through the game files. Even in current KR version of the game, these items just exist in the items table, but there are no references to them anywhere else.
Looks like they're not used in the game atm.

possibly a rotation thing?

Could be. There is always a chance that shop's item lists are manipulated from the server side.
Especially since the schedule and locations of those wandering ships are store one the server side.
