BUG--Completing Neria in Prideholme

I finished the Cooking Rapport mission for Neria but I cannot do anything else with her. Keep getting the must complete the previous level of rapport quest first pop up. All my rapport mission are showing complete in quest journal.

This happens sometimes if you have any rapport quests with other rapport NPCs in progress or if you have the quest available with this NPC, but didn't started it yet. I remember, I was stuck with some NPC this way, because I've had a quest available, but was unable to finish it because of insufficient gear level. Be sure to check both conditions.
