Viewpoint database is not properly working

It seems as if the viewpoint markers within the database have disappeared. It was working in the past until recently when I went to check out a map in North Vern the markers as to where each known location was missing. I went to see if maybe it was just that 1 location within North Vern and seems as if they are all missing, even outside of North Vern. I wanted to post this message to see if maybe it's just on my end or does everyone currently have the same issue?
