Can I increase skill point in skill builder?

Hi there,

I don't know this topic is good for here or not...
I'm playing the Lostark in Japan. Japanese skill note supports 340 skill points only for PvP. I'd like to consider skill building with this skill builder. If possible, please increase maximum skill points.
